DISCLAIMER *
I understand and acknowledge that any tour, game drive, horse ride or other activity available which I booked through Riding Safari Club S.r.l., including its employees, agents, affiliates, officers, shareholders, advisors and any horses’ owners or operators (all together, “RSC”), on any private or public land, (i) is carried out in wild and remote places, (ii) may bring me into close proximity with wild and unpredictable animals, and, in general, (iii) includes risky activities and sport and my participation may hold potential danger, and that all horses may react unpredictably on occasions, including but not exclusively, biting, kicking, bucking, shying or going faster than I wish.

In such regards, I understand that RSC does not provide me with any assurance or guarantee including, by way of example, that:
an attack from a wild animal will not occur;
I will not suffer any loss, injury or damage to myself or my property;
my property will no be damaged or lost (including valuable property).

I agree that I am commencing such tour, game drive, horse ride or other activity at my own risk and on my own volition and I confirm that I have made myself aware of all the risks associated with these.

Therefore, by confirming my booking, I:

declare to release and to discharge RSC from any and all liabilities connected directly and indirectly to the performance of such tour, game drive, horse ride or other activity, except in cases of wilful misconduct (dolo);
irrevocably and unconditionally waive any and all rights, remedies or claims which it may have against RSC in connection with the performance of such tour, game drive, horse ride or other activity;
release RSC from any liability for all claims and actions that may accrue from my confirmation and participation at such tour, game drive, horse ride or other activity, in relation to any death, injury, delay, loss or damage howsoever, from the moment of my confirmation and for the entire duration of such tour, game drive, horse ride or other activity.
declare that I have, or will have at the earliest convenience and in any case before departure, all insurance policies required (e.g., travel insurance, medical insurance etc) and that these insurance policies are suitable and adequate for my particular needs.

Details of my previous riding experience is given on the booking form and I take responsibility for my own evaluation of capabilities. I confirm that wearing a riding helmet has been recommended to me and it is at my discretion if I chose not to wear one. I confirm I will bring with me a helmet of my size in case I wish to wear it. I reserve the right not to ride a horse allotted to me and, should I have any concerns about the horse allocated to me or any aspect of the riding activity that is proposed, I will alert the ride leader or a representative of RSC or local associates so that my concerns can be addressed.

If any term or provision of this disclaimer is deemed invalid, illegal, or incapable of being enforced under any applicable laws and regulations, all other terms or provisions of the Letter shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.

The disclaimer and the relevant rights and obligations will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the Italian law and in the event of any relevant dispute, claim or other matter of any description arising between RSC and I, this will be subject to the exclusive of the courts of Milan, Italy
